MEDITATION
Meditation is one great way to start the day. Don't worry if you find it difficult to concentrate. You don't have to do too long. 5 minutes is better than none and 2 minutes is better than 1.
I find that if I take myself on a journey during my meditation it helps.
Follow a path to the beach and gaze out over the sea where the sun is coming up and making the water sparkle. Sit watching the sparkling water for a minute or two then follow the path back to your room.
I often take my clients into meditation and I find it is a very powerful way of changing mindsets or finding answers to difficult solutions.
It is a magic that I love.
